Definition

This category covers issues a person might have after they have been terminated from their job. It includes the possibility to raise a 'wrongful termination' claim, when employers are allowed to let a worker go, what reasons are acceptable for it, and what a worker can do if they think they have been fired illegally or in a way that is against public policy (like for retaliation or discrimination).
