Harassment by another person

TO-05-00-00-00

This category covers the options and rights of a person who is facing harassment by another person (including threatening behavior, stalking, harassing behavior online or in texting, sexual harassment at work or otherwise, or other inappropriate behavior). This category also covers options and protections if a person is being accused of harassing another person, and what process and consequences they might face, as well as how they might defend themselves. This includes harassment that might be considered under civil laws, or that might cross over to criminal laws. It also covers the difference between domestic violence and harassment (by non-family members, or more distant family members).
