Definition

This category covers if a person who has lost their job can get unemployment, if there are allegations of misconduct or gross misconduct at their previous job. This covers what a state's criteria is for what counts as 'gross misconduct', and how an employee can respond if they are accused of misconduct and denied benefits because of it.
