Definition

This category covers an employee's rights and options if an employer is asking them to take a drug or alcohol test as part of their job. This includes options to refuse a drug test, what rights you have if you fail the drug test, and what rules the employer must follow to correctly do drug testing without discrimination or inaccuracies. It also includes an employee's ability to challenge a drug test, and when employers are allowed to require a test based on 'reasonable suspicion'.
