Unfair Labor Practices by Unions

WO-05-02-00-00

This category covers restrictions on what unions can do at a workplace, under laws around unfair labor practices. This includes situations when unions may be restraining or coercing employees regarding their choice not to support a union, crossing a picket line, restraining an employer's choice of bargaining representative, causing employers to penalize employees who engage in anti-union activities, or charging excessive fees. This category covers how an employee might make a complaint to the NLRB about these practices, and what rights they have.
