It covers what rights undocumented workers have to recover unpaid wages (regardless of immigration status), how to file a wage claim without exposing one's status, what labor agency protections exist, and whether cooperating with a labor investigation may qualify a worker for immigration relief. It also covers situations when employers use a worker's lack of documents as leverage to avoid paying what is owed.
