Wrongful termination of employees who are not 'at will'
This category covers employees who are not the usual 'at will' employees (who can be fired at any time), who can raise a claim if they are fired. This might be based on public policy, anti-discrimination, implied contracts of good faith and fair dealing, or other protections that an employer has against termination.
