This category covers protections and issues for employees who are facing interference by their employer, when trying to organize, join, or assist a union. It also covers what kinds of employee activities are protected as concerted activities, like conversations, posting on social media, or collective bargaining. This is in part defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and other labor laws, that lay out protections for employees and unions.
