Definition

This category is about options that a person has after there has been health or physical injuries that happen while on the job. It includes how to report it, how to get workers compensation coverage for it, and what other protections and options the employee has. It also includes if an existing medical condition is made worse by workplace conditions. This category also covers if a person is able to sue their employer for their injury, or what they might do if the employer retaliates or discriminates against them after the injury.
