Rights against government searches or arrests
This category covers what rights a person might have when dealing with a government agent who is attempting to either search their property, home, or body -- or who is attempting to arrest or detain them. This may be called 'search and seizure' or 4th Amendment issues. This includes issues of what searches and seizures are reasonable, and which are prohibited.
